This weekend intensive in the 5Rhythms is an opportunity both for experienced dancers and non dancers alike to release and refresh the abundant creativity, intelligence and passion that lives in our bodies.

We dance ourselves back into balance and so reconnect to the essential self buried in the seemingly drab demands of daily routine. This is active meditation practise. We focus deeply and we cleanse ourselves through the sweat of our presence.

The maps of the 5 rhythms when laid out by well trained and experienced teachers provide a clear and dynamic structure to guide each person, regardless of age or experience to remember themselves as sentient beings in a beautiful, vibrant and fascinating world. To dance is to find again the power of breath, community, clarity, health and freedom so reconnecting to the vibrancy of both the magic and the mundane of life itself.
