Whether you have a special friend, a lover, a partner or are alone, the work of meeting the voice of your own heart is the same. By careful use of the dance of the 5Rhythms we will move ourselves so that we can open up to the emotional seed that lies inside.
The Friday night Wave is open to beginners and experienced dancers alike.
This Wave is Mandatory for attendance at the weekend. Please bring your generosity your humour your focus and a willingness to let yourself open beyond the mask of the everyday.
