‘Heartbeat 2 – The Road to Compassion’, develops this practice in the knowledge that the only certainty is that everything alive keeps moving. It is all a Dance.
This understanding provides a gateway to the Unified Field where we find how huge, how small and how connected we all are. Our dance becomes an offering, a meditation and a prayer. This workshop continues the journey of awakening daily consciousness to include our hearts so that we can find the power of our own life force and transform this vitality into creative expression.
In this transformation we become inclusive and in touch with the Oneness of Spirit.
