This workshop, a combination of “Waves”, “Heartbeat” and “Mirrors” level 5Rhythms® study, creates a carefully structured space for us to responsibly uncover and witness some of the everyday habits of how we are, how we affect each other and the stories we regularly tell ourselves with a familiar internal voice.

Hours: Doors are open from 18.00 on Wednessday for registering, changing and “landing” in the room. Thursday through Sunday doors open at 10.30.
