When we explore our transpersonal nature with the dance as vehicle we can travel into a continuum of form and formlessness, vastness and precise grounding.
We reach for a glimpse of the bigger picture, so often lost in daily routine. We find a place to be at ‘one’ with the world around us.
Here we reassemble all the diffuse parts of ourselves, pause for possible integration, breath, dance, expression, and reflection.. …..This is a 5rhythms weekend of moving contemplation to get perspective, to review, and to recharge.
A minimum of 40 hours with an accredited 5 rhythms teacher is a prerequisite for this weekend
