Movement Therapy
Movement therapy is a collaborative enquiry into the less visible emotions, habits and patterns that shape an individuals physical, mental and spiritual health.
It uses traditional therapeutic methods coupled with deliberate attention to the physical movement, small and large, of the body both internal and external.
